A teacher can remove a student account by logging into their teacher section, first deleting all of their artwork, and then deleting the student from their roster.
If you are a parent and wish to remove a student account, you may do so by contacting your child's school directly. This is required because the artwork submitted by the teacher (or child under the direction of the teacher) will be retained at the direction of the school (e.g., for legal compliance reasons such as maintenance of “education records” under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)).
NOTE: If you are a parent and published artwork on your child's behalf, you may login and delete your child's artwork uploaded by you directly.
NOTE: Deleting a student account is different than Artsonia automatically removing personal information from an inactive student account.
